Dr. Khairol Anuar Ishak is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Business Management, UUM, with a PhD in Franchising from Universiti Sains Malaysia. With over two decades of combined academic and industry experience, he specializes in training, research, and consultancy across franchise management, e-commerce, management information systems, and strategic management. As a certified Lead Coach and Chief Consultant, he has led numerous national-level consultancy projects with government agencies including MARA, JANM, and various ministries, focusing on entrepreneurship development, leadership training, and organizational performance enhancement. His research excellence is evidenced by multiple indexed publications, research grants (FRGS and internal), and recognition as Chief Assessor for national franchise awards and APEL panels.
